Hey Mr Gledhill,

This is Ken from NPBHS.Good to see u having in Europe. Is there any chance that you will come back to NPBHS next year? We miss you, not just our class, 6th form class also, they really want u to come back and teach.

Our class and i are doing the ACC internal at the moment. I have got question about Net debt. Would you please answer it for me?

For Fletcher Building in 2007, the net debt reduced by $407 million to $654million, the total liabilities reduced from $2299 million to $2139million.

Does the reduction of net debt represents any sign of repayment of liabilities?

Many thanks,
Ken

Ken. Thanks for your nice comments. Yes I am returning to NPBHS next yr. It has been gtreat over here and I have enjoyed my classes here too. Yes any reduction of net debt means repayment of some of their liabilities. Thre difference may be because some of their net debt has not been recorded on their balance sheet ( Advanced stuff ) but Check the figures in cash flow statement as well. They may have recieved some more loans as well as paying off some (This could be debentures or loans and creditors.
